Physiocare is looking for volunteers with a big heart and a kind soul. Bereavement volunteers assist families who have just lost their loved ones dealing with grief. Help assess and ease the burden of loss from someone in pain.

Bereavement volunteers will build relationships with families, and help the living in the aftermath of death. Your volunteer work is extremely important for those coping with loss. If you have a big heart and the compassion to help others we want you to come volunteer for us.

Mission Statement

We offer emotional and spiritual support for the family during this stressful time through our social work and chaplain services. We offer caregivers some relief and peace of mind, knowing our skilled staff are providing their loved ones with the best quality of life each day. Bereavement groups are offered to caregivers and family members who need help dealing with grief over the death of their loved one. We offer volunteer services for patients and caregivers who need an extra hand with help around the house and companionship.

Locally Owned:
Physiocare Hospice is locally owned and is committed to serving our communities here in central Indiana. We give to and participate in many local events, service projects and fundraisers that benefit many great charitable organizations.

Quick Patient Admissions:

Time is of the essence when your terminally ill loved one is ready for hospice. We make it a priority to meet with patients and caregivers the same day or at their earliest convenience to evaluate and admit the patient.

Continuous Care:

Toward the final moments of life patients require more vigilance. We offer continuous care for patients and caregivers who need more attention during these final hours.
