We are looking for a dedicated volunteer to sort through our rare/collectible books and price out their worth. You'll need to fill out our volunteer application and go through an orientation before starting. Interested? You'll be:
- Researching online how much a given edition of specific titles are worth
- Creating and maintaining a spreadsheet to track book values value
- Labeling books with their value to ensure value is properly tracked
- Lifting and moving small boxes of books

Mission Statement
In an effort to increase the number of children prepared to learn, read, and succeed, the South Sound Reading Foundation exists to ensure that every child is read with or is reading at least 20 minutes a day. Reading just 20 minutes a day promotes healthy brain development, family bonding and school readiness all children need to read and succeed.
Description
We educate and remind children, youth and families about the importance of reading and we strive to get books into every home and into the hands of every child so they have the tools they need to read and succeed. Each year we distribute over 40,000 books!
