Join the 9NEWS Parade of Lights family! Key Operations Volunteers are vital to the workings of the parade and assist in Staging the event, moving the units through the live news telecast, and in Disband. The 9NEWS Parade of Lights is the downtown Denver area's largest holiday tradition celebrating locally developed visual, musical, and performing arts.
Description
Downtown Denver Events, Inc. is a 501(c)3 non-profit organization that coordinates, promotes, conducts and sponsors the 9NEWS Parade of Lights and other events in the Downtown Denver area. This year will mark the 43rd annual marching of the Parade and will attract more than 400,000 locals who will enjoy watching the beautifully lit floats and giant helium character balloons and celebrating the beginning of the holiday season together.
