Nicandri Nature Center is gearing up for the 2017/2018 winter season!
We need a Ski and Snowshoe Attendant for our Ski Room!
Volunteers need to take Volunteer 101, and be trained how to fit people with equipment properly.
Attendants must greet visitors in a friendly and helpful manner.
Volunteer attendant will instruct first time users of the equipment on how to attach and remove skis and snowshoes, and keep the ski room clean and organized.
We would love to have you come and join our team!!

Through funding from the New York Power Authority, The Nature Center is able to bring free of charge programming each season to visitors of all ages in our fully accessible building. Visit us to explore nature through exhibits, freshwater tanks, staff led programs, trail adventures, to explore on your own, or just to relax in our fireplace lounge with a book from our nature collection.
