Primary responsibility of this position is to manage all organizational events while working closely with the Executive Assistant. Duties include coordinating volunteers, building relationships with vendors and event planners. This person will be the main overseer of an successful event planning from an organizational standpoint adhering to the vision and mission of the CEO, and scheduling planning meetings as needed.

Mission Statement
The M.O.S.T-Visions where everyone is a star. Operating since 2004, The M.O.S.T-Visions provides performance outlets for young people. Youth in our organization learn to sing, dance, act, design, produce and model. Currently we are developing programs that focus on Social Emotional Learning, STEM, entrepreneurship, finance, and production. By serving as a catalyst for change in the lives of young people, The M.O.S.T-Visions seeks to aid young people in realizing and actualizing their full potential.
Description
Our young visionaries have the opportunity to perform in the community and The M.O.S.T-Visions productions-concerts, musicals, talent shows, festivals, community days, interpretive dances, and other dramatic activities. Youth in need receive reading and math tutoring. Our goal is to help develop the whole child to be future leaders in the community.
