We will be preparing packets and race materials on Monday and Tuesday, including packing packets with flyers and race information, organizing bib numbers, etc. We are completely flexible on scheduling and are more than happy to work with volunteers on however many hours they need.

Wednesday will be packet pick up day at Academy in Owasso. Volunteers will meet with the race coordinator or program directors at Academy and will assist in giving packets out to runners. We will have our booth set up at Academy from 11:00am-7:30pm, and can offer a minimum of 1 hour shifts to all volunteers.

Thursday is race day! Duties may vary from helping set up and marshall the course, distributing shirts and bib numbers, setting up water stations, helping with medals, trophies, and ribbons, and course clean-up. Race day volunteers are asked to arrive between 5:30-6:00am and will be provided with a volunteer shirt. Bagels, fruit, and coffee will also be available. The day should wrap up around 11-11:30.
