Trail Stewards serve as ambassadors to the public using our trails, guiding them in using them appropriately and helping them appreciate the resource available to them. They also monitor the trail conditions, and perform simple maintenance on the trails.
This is an ongoing position requiring a regular, but flexible, time commitment May through October, and less often October through April.

Description
Rock Point, a mission and ministry of the Episcopal Church of Vermont, is a neighborhood connecting people of all faiths and no faith in caring for the earth and its creatures. We serve people of all ages, from all walks of life, through gardening, feeding the hungry, education, retreats, public access trails, a high school, conference/retreat center, camp, by welcoming them onto a 130 acre property surrounded by Lake Champlain - to enjoy its beauty and serenity, volunteer, participate in its programs.
