Adoption Counselors Needed at Petco Morgan Hill!

We are in desperate need of Adoption Counselors for Town Cats!
Our adoption fairs take place on weekend afternoons at pet stores in Morgan Hill. We need adoption counselors to set up for the fair, screen potential adopters, and clean up afterward. Shifts typically last about 4 hours. Adoption counselors are required to sign up for at least one or two shifts every month.
Training will be provided. We need people who are willing to say "no" to unqualified adopters, who are familiar with cats, have excellent verbal communication skills, and are good listeners.

Town Cats is a non-profit volunteer-based no-kill cat and kitten adoption center/shelter and feral cat advocacy organization dedicated to enriching the lives of homeless cats and kittens in the south Santa Clara county through an aggressive rescue and adoption program, TNR (trap, neuter, return), and public education.
Town Cats works to alleviate the suffering of stray, abandoned, unwanted, and feral cats in Santa Clara County. We sponsor innovative programs to help cats in traditional shelters in our county, as well as community cats who live outdoors. We educate the public about the cat overpopulation problem, and provide people with the tools to become part of the solution. Town Cats supports individuals who want to help through aggressive spay/neuter and cat care programs, and by providing vet care and cat food to low income cat guardians, fosters, or owners. We also find permanent, safe, and loving homes for the homeless house cats and kittens in our care.
