From Black Friday until Christmas Eve, Light up a Life on our Remembrance Tree, located at the Dimond Center and 5th Ave Mall!
This is an opportunity to help your community honor the memory of loved ones while supporting the work of Hospice of Anchorage.
For a donation, we will hang an ornament on our trees with the loved one's name.
The Remembrance Trees are a lovely way to volunteer your time during the holiday season. Consider signing up with a friend to take memorial donations in person at the Dimond Center or 5th Ave location. Shifts can also be filled by just one person.

14-17 year olds MUST have an adult present.

Description
Our purpose is to protect the dignity, comfort, and autonomy of those facing life-limiting illness, end of life, and grief through education and compassionate service. Hospice of Anchorage works with patients and their families to provide assistance to meet the transition from life through death and to cope with loss and grief. This may be a one-time visit, periodic contact or may grow into an ongoing relationship lasting weeks or months. All services are provided free of cost.
