We currently need volunteers to help at our organic farm in Simsbury. We have ongoing needs for planting and harvesting, as well as general maintenance such as fence and irrigation repairs.
Food harvested on the farm is distributed to two shelters and our non-profit in Avon.

Description
Gifts of Love provides basic needs such as food, clothing, furniture, household items, heating assistance, and life-skill educational programs. Through our farm-based educational programs we educate the community about food systems, hunger, sustainable farming, sound nutritional choices and healthy lifestyles.
