POSITION PURPOSE
Assist staff with the organization and planning of campaign events, activities, and volunteer appreciation. Provide creative support to make the campaign motivating and fulfilling for volunteers.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Sets a positive tone for the campaign with volunteers
Encourages fellowship and team spirit through the planning of campaign events
Supports staff with internal campaign theme and planning event meals, decorations, and activities
Plans recognition strategies for volunteers
Attends the kickoff event, report meetings, and the victory celebration
END RESULTS
Volunteers who feel a sense of satisfaction that they have made a difference in the lives of individuals, children, and families in the community
A solid foundation of campaign volunteers who have had a meaningful experience and want to participate in future campaigns and recruit others to participate
