Orientation and Training:
*Attend and participate in all conference planning meetings
*Attend one local conference to grow skills in nonprofit sector
*Attend and actively participate in weekly supervision with program coordinator
*Continuously grow in area of cultural humility and cultural competency

Program Development and Data Collection:
*Attend and participate in all conference planning meetings
*Assist conference content sub-committee with development and implementation of conference-specific tasks
*Develop and implement post-award documentation (workplan, logic model, participant evaluations, etc.) to ensure successful implementation of minority health month programs
*Assist program coordinator with convening a steering committee for post-award purposes
*Assist program coordinator with developing a formal evaluation plan for the minority health month program
*Leads post-conference data collection efforts to inform program improvement efforts
*Attends and support MACC Staff at annual statewide training conference

Ohio Team Development:
*Assist in the development and implementation of program content for regional Ohio Teams
*Participate in Ohio Team meetings and take minutes for distribution

Administrative:
*Assist MACC staff in developing and implementing meaningful quarterly blog content
