Orientation and Training:
*Attend one half-day position orientation
*Attend one local conference to grow skills in nonprofit marketing profession
*Attend and actively participate in weekly supervision with program coordinator
*Continuously grow in area of cultural humility

Program Marketing:
*Attend and participate in all conference planning meetings
*Assist conference marketing sub-committee with development and implementation of conference-specific tasks
*Develop and implement a formal marketing plan to ensure attendance at annual statewide training conference and minority health month programs
*Design and oversee production of conference flyers, website, and program materials
*Convene a statewide review panel to elicit community-informed feedback on conference marketing materials and event programs
*Attend and support MACC Staff at annual statewide training conference

Agency Marketing:
*Assist in the development and implementation of content for monthly MACC Messenger
*Develop a social media campaign that will grow MACCs online following
*Assist MACC Staff in developing and implementing meaningful quarterly blog content

Should have experience producing unique online and print materials, demonstrate a commitment to working with diverse communities, and have previous experience drafting formalized marketing plans. (Course work is acceptable.)
