ORGANIZATION: Alzheimer's Association, Iowa Chapter

The Support Group Coordinator is responsible for supporting the work of support group facilitators. This includes checking in with facilitators on a frequent and periodic basis, providing timely and relevant educational materials for monthly meetings, for ensuring facilitator's monthly rosters are received and submitted for attendance and identifying any challenges that need to be addressed.

The Iowa Chapter provides vital services, education, and support to people living with Alzheimer's, family members affected and caregivers affected by Alzheimer's. We serve those affected by providing these services in 75 Iowa and 5 Illinois counties.
