Organized, energetic, creative and detail-oriented person interested in helping execute our much loved 24th Annual Garden Party at the Riverside Yacht Club, Riverside CT.

Responsibilities include:

*Assist Development Director & Marketing Coordinator in the execution and management of the silent auction, including the solicitation of auction items, managing spreadsheets, creating bid sheets and displays for the event.

*Assist in the soliciting of local businesses for underwriting and sponsorship pledges.
*Manage and help with mailings such as save-the-date and formal invitations.
*Manage relationships with vendors, including caterer, party rental, liquor vendors and venue.
*Help stage event venue for over 250 guests. Help assist with the management of promotional and event materials such as props and backdrops.
*Assist with event ticket sales.
*Work with public relations and social media to promote event
*Answer logistical questions and help create invitation lists based on sponsorships, ticket sales and such.
