DECA is an international association of sales and marketing students. AZDECA is looking for judges to help with several events. Mountain Ridge High School has an award winning chapter. Students are given case studies and then must present their ideas to judges. Judges then score the presentations. Then awards are given to the winners in each category.

Mountain Ridge High School does more than just provide students with high academic standards, specialized programs, club activities, and technology.

Mountain Ridge High School graduates young adults who are prepared to achieve personal success. Whether a Mountain Ridge graduate seeks a four-year university, community college, or directly enters the workplace, he or she will be ready to overcome obstacles, set and meet long and short-term goals and contribute positively to society.

Intense academic criteria enable students to complete all of their goals. Advanced Placement classes and Dual Enrollment courses allow students the advantage and opportunity to excel in a competitive world. It is no wonder that Mountain Ridge High School has become a notably recognized and highly regarded school.


Mountain Ridge High School is ranked 35th within Arizona. Students have the opportunity to take Advanced Placement(r) course work and exams. The AP(r) participation rate at Mountain Ridge High School is 34 percent. The student body makeup is 51 percent male and 49 percent female, and the total minority enrollment is 25 percent.
