The Science Museum of Minnesota is proud to continue their annual winter holiday tradition that offers visitors a unique experience that spotlights St. Paul and the museum. This annual experience will be a celebration of light and an exploration of the dark. Be part of the first year of this winter Illumination tradition.

Volunteers will be able to host a special light-based activity on event nights or help with wayfinding and greeting. We hope you can join us for up to six nights and we welcome your participation as you are able!

This is a great opportunity for you to create a volunteer tradition for you and your family or group. We welcome younger volunteers for this event so bring your kids, grand-kids or the neighbor from down the street!

Event openings are December 21st, 27th, and 28th, from 4:00 pm to 9:15 pm. You can volunteer one night or up to all nine nights.

Training and Orientation are provided the night of the event. All volunteers receive two complimentary tickets to return to the museum, free parking and food during the event.
