City Net is a non profit agency contracted by the County of Orange to assist in the efforts to end homelessness along the Santa Ana Riverbed. What we do is offer case management services to those suffering from homelessness in hopes of connecting them with various resources such as mental health, behavioral health, employment assistance, rehabilitation and most importantly, housing resources.

We currently work out of an RV that is driven in and out of the Flood Control Channel every day beginning at 7:30 in the morning until 5:30 in the evening Monday through Friday and 8:30am to 4:30pm Saturday and Sunday. Our goal is to build relationships with our homeless neighbors and gain their trust in hopes of being able to guide them through the process of reentering society in whatever capacity their current situation will allow them to do so.

Our presence has been made every single day since July 1, 2017 near the Orangewood exit right off the 57 freeway. Our goal is to make our presence known at each of the exits, beginning at Ball Rd and ending at Chapman. In order to do this, we need friendly faces willing to sit at a table and just be ready to answer any questions our homeless neighbors, or our community members may have and redirect them to a City Net staff member and/or City Net case manager wherein we can help them begin the case management process.
