COTS serves two hot meals each day, totaling about 300 meals a day. The role of the utility worker is to help provide support to our kitchen staff by cleaning up after our daily meals. On Sunday we use a larger pool of volunteers to get the kitchen ready for the new week.
Responsibilities:
8:00-1PM:
- Washing Dishes/pots
- Emptying trash cans, screens, etc.
- Mopping/Sweeping
- Organize stored food (Ability to lift and move 20-40 pounds)
