COTS serves two hot meals each day. The role of the utility worker is to help provide support to our kitchen staff by cleaning up after our daily meals. On Sunday we use a larger pool of volunteers to get the kitchen ready for the new week.
Responsibilities:
8:00-1PM:
- Washing Dishes/pots
- Emptying trash cans, screens, etc.
- Mopping/Sweeping
- Organize stored food (Ability to lift and move 20-40 pounds)
