Cook for a Couple Affected by ALS

ORGANIZATION: The ALS Association: MN/ND/SD

A 70 year old gentleman living with ALS and his wife are looking for a volunteer to cook for them once or twice a month. Due to his ALS, the gentleman can only eat soft foods and those recipes start from scratch, a type of cooking the wife does not do. In addition to cooking for him, the wife would like a few meals for her along with the opportunity to visit with the volunteer; she isn’t able to go out socially.

If you have a few hours once or twice a month and would like to spend them cooking and chatting, we want to hear from you. Find how you can be a part of the family assistance program and why it rocks by visiting our website [tinyurl.com/ALS-FAP].
