ORGANIZATION: Lee County Literacy Coalition
Please visit the new page to apply.
A young adult who is interested in enlisting in the armed services, must pass the ASVAB (Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery) test. Our walk-in tutoring program on Wednesday evenings from 4:30-8pm is in place to prepare these young adults for the test by offering prep for the test including math skills, test-taking skills, and other things that are important for them to know to do well on the test. Volunteers are asked to commit to all or a portion of this time once or twice a month to be on-site with other volunteers to work with these students.
