To assist the bereavement coordinator with making phone call to touch base with family who have lost their loved ones. These calls would be at the 90 and 120 days after the loved one has passed. Under guidance of the bereavement coordinator the calls will be documented. The check in calls are a very important component to hospice care.

Description
BAYADA Hospice in Jamison, PA provides nurses, physicians, therapists, social workers, and home health aides that specialize in hospice care. We collaborate with primary care physicians to help our patients remain comfortable at end-of-life and act as expert resources to the local medical community. We also work closely with the We Honor Veterans program and have obtained the highest level in that program.
