If you have social media skills and have the time to create a buzz, we need you. Our non-profit is promoting the importance of academics in athletics and we want the social media world to know we are in North Carolina doing great things. We are looking for folks that can find articles to post about youth sports, college athletics, follow our workshops, and create contests online that make a splash. We need to attract certain audiences to our social media posts including youth coaches, parents of middle/high school athletes, and potential donors who have an interest in youth sports. We need folks who can create a presence for Learning Illumination Center on the different platforms that attract teens to retirees and make them excited about what we stand for. Is that you?

Our mission is to educate and elevate student-athletes to become future leaders by creating learning opportunities for them and the adults in their lives.
Description
Learning Illumination Center (LIC) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization. We promote the importance academics plays in athletics for student-athletes. Our sliding scale, traveling workshops target middle/high school students, parents and interested adults. The workshops cover college/career readiness, the business of college athletics, and developing a Plan B. A customized student-athlete enrichment program is available to address learning styles, organization skills, time management, test taking skills and presentation skills. We deliver our services at the customer location including schools, churches, recreation centers, sports camps and scouts.
