Graceland Hospice Care in Anaheim is looking for volunteers to join our team. We have many terminally ill patients in need of social contact and companionship. Your time will be used for filling many varied human needs such as just visiting and talking, reading to them, writing letters for them, holding their hand and any of a myriad other things to let them know that someone cares.
There is no clinical or hygiene care involved. You make your own schedule and are paid .55 cents per mile for patient visits. Other volunteer needs include clerical and administration support, special projects, community outreach etc.
