This is a Virtual Opportunity, with no fixed address.

Earthvillage is a brand new organization that presents vegetarian-friendly content on our media channels. We use YouTube, Medium, and our website to present our blog posts, photos, and videos. All of our content is meant to be animal-friendly, support community involvement, and promote sustainable living.

We believe that people can change our environment and create a better society by changing small things that we do every day. The topics we cover: Permaculture, organic gardening, natural home crafts, upcycled crafts, non-violent communication, egalitarianism, social permaculture, consensus decision making, sociocracy, sewing, cooking, and a few other things.

We do not cover: politics, religion, or military veganism.

Our blog and video channels are meant for people who are already vegetarian. There are very few media outlets that vegetarians can watch without someone talking about roasting a beast on a spit so we would like to create a safe channel for them.

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for someone who has a passion for writing and taking photos and would like to write a post for us about once a week. You should be someone who is passionate about doing something to curb climate change. You should also have a basic understanding of what vegetarians would like to read about.

You don't need a fancy camera, you just need a basic camera or good cell phone camera. You'll need to take at least one photo for every blog that you write.

Please take a look at our blog, YouTube channel and website and if your ideals align with ours then send us a quick email and let us know that you would like to become a Journalist for Earthvillage.
