ORGANIZATION: Speed Art Museum

We are looking for one administrative volunteer to fill this weekly, ongoing assignment. Volunteers hours: Fridays, 10AM-2PM

The list below does not necessarily describe all of the duties; more could be added or excluded, depending on your availability. Some duties could be repetitive in nature.

  • Filing reports, file maintenance, review folders for misfiles
  • Stuffing envelopes
  • Using Microsoft Word to enter vendor profiles and create mailing labels.
  • Making copies
  • Shredding
  • Operate mail machine

Volunteers hours: must be available bi-weekly on Fridays, 10AM-2PM
