Guest Experience Survey Facilitator:
The Natural History Museum of Utah hosts thousands of visitors each year, all with different needs and curiosities. We need volunteers to aid the Museum in assessing how well we are meeting our mission, and in improving guest experiences to better spark excitement, curiosity and an appreciation for the natural work in Utah communities. Volunteers will have the opportunity to engage with a variety of people, improve their customer service and marketing skills, as well as gain a better understanding of Museum goals and operations.
The Guest Experience Survey Facilitator will use a Museum iPad to conduct a brief (5-7 minute) questionnaire of willing guests. The goal of this survey is to better understand who visits the Museum, when they visit, and how they heard about us.
