Our phenomenal Outreach team is dedicated to meeting with, listening to, and finding creative collaborations with established community organizations and fellow science supporters. We need team members who take pride in fostering relationships with like-minded partners and would enjoy being an ambassador for the MASA spirit!
Community Liaisons work alongside the Outreach Director and Managers to:
- Make contacts and build relationships for MASA with local universities, businesses, public agencies, health centers, schools, unions, community and grassroots organizations, local public science institutions and informal groups, foundations, and nonprofits with missions complementary to MASA mission
- Represent MASA at local events and conferences, and within personal and professional networks
- Find ways to engage with partners in support of their missions
- Inaugurate events for MKE area communities that build trust and goodwill
