We seek a passionate, flexible, diversity-sensitive, self-starter who is a great communicator to support our nonprofit staff of social workers, trainers, and career coaches as we work to empower and educate women, minorities, and immigrants to excel in their lives, careers, and businesses.
You will answer phones, greet, respond to emails, manage social media, maintain schedules, contribute to small projects, and other administrative office duties as needed.
Must be internet-savvy and have good handle on Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint). Wordpress and Constant Contact familiarity a plus. Desire to learn and ability to adapt to rapidly-changing environment is required.
