ProHealth Hospice is seeking volunteer(s) to provide caregiver relief visits to a patient in Sacramento County (As needed)
What you'll do:
Provide much needed relief to a primary caregiver to allow time for pre-scheduled medical appointments, personal time, grocery shopping, etc as needed.
Volunteer requirements:
- Age 21 or older
- Availability to allow for volunteer visits/caregiver relief visits (as needed)
- Receive a TB test or Chest X-Ray (paid for by ProHealth Hospice)
- Receive a Drug Screen (paid for by ProHealth Hospice)
- Completion of our volunteer orientation (online using your own device or computer)
