We are seeking a Advocacy/Development Volunteer to assist with a fundraising project for our agency, Health Imperatives. This person would be asked to volunteer anywhere from 5- 10 hours/week, and would be responsible for making phone calls to inquire about donations and tracking data. The volunteer will be interacting with town clerks/managers over the phone to advocate for funding for domestic violence/sexual health services in the community. This is a short term project that will last about 2-3 months. We will provide the volunteer with a script and the tools to complete the project. This work will contribute to Health Imperatives raising and maintaining necessary funds to operate vital health and safety services for low-income and vulnerable individuals and families.
If interested in participating, please contact our Volunteer Coordinator, Elissa May, at 508-583-3005 ext. 1005 or emay@healthimperatives.org.
