The mission of PianoArts is to develop innovative ways to foster appreciation and performance of classical music. This is accomplished by identifying and training new generations of pianists with exceptional musical and verbal communication skills, preparing them for performance and presenting them to diverse audiences.
PianoArts hosts a North American competition during the even years (2018) for pianists, ages 16-21, and a Wisconsin competition in the odd years (2019) for youth ages 10-16.
Throughout the season, PianoArts winners, awarded fellowships, perform education concerts. PianoArts also presents concerts performed by classical pianists and sponsors a music festival that runs concurrently with the competition. We partner with the Milwaukee Symphony Orchestra.
We'll work with your schedule.
