Our Hospice Volunteers are divided into several categories:

Administrative Hospice Volunteers: Administrative Hospice Volunteers help in our office, performing clerical duties, check-in calls and helping with special projects.

Professional Hospice Volunteers: Professional Hospice Volunteers may offer services such as Spiritual Care, Pet Therapy, manicures, Hair Styling, etc. Professional licenses must be current and valid in the state of Oklahoma.

Bereavement Hospice Volunteers: Bereavement Hospice Volunteers assist the bereavement coordinators in communicating with our families after they have lost a loved one. They may also provide bereavement-related administrative support.

Special Skills and Interests: Musicians often volunteer to play at hospice inpatient facilities. Many hospices utilize Hospice Volunteers to maintain their grounds and landscaping.
