OneOC is proud to offer EncoreOC Fellowships throughout Orange County! As an EncoreOC Fellow, you will connect with a local nonprofit in meaningful & purposeful service to help address unmet community needs. During the 8-week program, you will fulfill critical project-based assignments that will bolster the infrastructure of the nonprofit at which you are serving.

OneOC - EncoreOC Fellowship Program with Habitat for Humanity of Orange County, Santa Ana. Habitat for Humanity seeks to put love and faith into action by bringing people together to build homes, community and hope.

Position Description: EncoreOC Fellows are highly-skilled volunteers who typically possess an advanced educational and professional background. Experienced applicants of all ages are encouraged to apply and are welcome to send a resume and cover letter.

Major Responsibilities: Human Resources - The EncoreOC Fellow will implement the employee benefits section of the Habitat Human Resources system allowing employees easy enrollment and informational access while streamlining the interface between administration and payroll. The Fellow will build the benefit module through interface with Habitat benefits brokers for information and the HRIS vendor for the employee interface system. The Fellow must have a working knowledge of employee benefit terminology and experience building or using an HRIS system.
