Volunteer Computer Coach

Help someone become more computer literate. Customers using library computers have basic navigation, internet search and word processing questions. Volunteer assistance 1:1 mentors customers to increase their skills using computers. Volunteers build skills and gain experience in the workplace. The volunteer will help customers with different challenges whether it’s helping a job seeker, helping someone establish their first email account, formatting a resume or assisting with simple instructions about navigating the internet. If you are 18 years and older with availability for a two hour shift once a week Monday - Friday between 1:00pm-4:00pm Sanger Library needs your time and talent as a Computer Coach.
