NCCA hosts several Vex IQ robotics tournaments throughout the year. These events bring elementary and middle school teams together to compete with and against one another in a competitive robotics environment. A portion of the competition deals with judged awards that require volunteers to interview students, watch research presentations, and evaluate design notebooks. Judges do not have to have robotics experience to be effective.
