The Partnership for Age Friendly Communities invites community members to join Self-Directed Volunteer Teams that address the challenges and opportunities for making northern Colorado an age-friendly community. A team is being formed now to explore the positive and negative images and biases of aging as presented through the medium of film. If you have an interest in watching and analyzing movies, have a positive attitude, critical thinking skills, and enjoy working as a member of a team, you'd be a great asset to this project (expected to wrap up its' work late summer of 2018). People with knowledge of films, marketing experience, cultural sensitivity to aging, discussion facilitation skills, and/or grant writing experience are encouraged to put those skills to use as members of this team!
