During these uncertain times, how can we help?
See below to access our COVID-19 Resource Hub, and to explore our growing directory of both COVID-19-specific and virtual volunteering opportunities.
Become a positive force to young women ages 10-17 by sharing your knowledge, skills, and time. Spend time with youth playing games, making arts and crafts, or working out; host a "girl's night" or movie night; teach a life skills class; assist staff during meal times.
New Beginnings is a residential treatment facility. This facility houses up to 11 young women ages 10-17 who are in the child welfare system. Your time spent volunteering will help to provide these youth with a role model to look to for guidance and support.
Volunteers must be 21 or older.

The mission of Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is to empower young people and families to succeed through a continuum of care that promotes healing and growth.
Lighthouse Youth & Family Services is a multiservice agency providing social services to children, youth and families in southwestern Ohio.
Operating since 1969, Lighthouse is nationally recognized as an innovator in services for families in crisis, for homeless youth and young adults, and for youth learning to become self-sufficient.
The agency provides early childhood services; behavioral health and psychiatric services; home-based services to families; services to youth engaged with the juvenile justice system; community residential treatment facilities; foster care and adoption; independent living services; and opportunities through education.
At any given time there are over 500 children and youth in Lighthouse residential care. Each day Lighthouse staff members serve over 2,000 children and families through its community based services. Last year, the agency served over 6,000 young people and families.
We'll work with your schedule.
