Step Team Ambassador NYC

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Friends of MJHS

The SoulDeevas are looking for high school students with step team experience to join the SoulDeevas and help us build a dynamic team in NYC. You will be known as a Team Ambassador (TA).

TAs would be responsible for helping with recruitment, managing tryouts and working out with their teams, helping younger students and struggling learners - preparing them for performances and competitions. As of this writing, we are looking for TAs who can be available on Saturdays starting in December - we are nailing down a practice location in Manhattan. We are also looking for TAs who could be available on Fridays after school. If possible, we would also love to have you participate in a free community step team workshop on Saturday, November 4th from 1pm to 5pm (but this is not mandatory).

We have a great vision for the young ladies who will become part of the SoulDeevas which includes local and national exposure. We are looking for TAs who can be dedicated to their teams and who can help us put the SoulDeevas on the map.

Please let us know about your step team experience when you apply. Thanks
