The SoulDeevas are looking for experienced coaches to join our team and help develop our new high school step team that will be based out of Rahway, NJ.
Coaches would be responsible for helping with recruitment, managing tryouts and coaching their teams - preparing them for performances and competitions. As of this writing, we are looking for coaches who can be available to coach on Saturdays starting in January - we are nailing down a practice slot in downtown Rahway. We will also consider other schedules. We are also interested in coaches who could help us with a free community step team workshop on Saturday, November 18th from 12pm to 4pm in NYC (but this is not required).
We have a great vision for the young ladies who will become part of the SoulDeevas which includes local and national exposure. We are looking for coaches who can be dedicated to their teams and who can help us put the SoulDeevas on the map.

Description
Friends of MJHS ("Friends") is a 501(c)3 non-profit corporation organized for the purpose of generating contributions, pledges and funds for the development and ongoing support of Citadel Academy Prep School (CAPS), a school that will provide students in grades 6-8 with a high quality Christian education through a well balanced, yet challenging curriculum that ministers to the spirit, soul and body.
Friends will also provide funds, management and ongoing support of The SoulDeevas Performing Arts Company, a character building sports and arts program that will serve all youth regardless of their religious affiliation. The SoulDeevas will include programs that provide activities, resources and support during critical out-of-school time hours in a safe, nurturing environment that works from a strengths-based, youth development perspective.
