Qualifications:

  • Familiar with various standard software programs.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Organization and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Flexibility.
  • Ability to be proactive and use initiative.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer telephone calls, provide information to callers and take messages.
  • Assist members with questions related to their HOA documents, or direct them to additional help.
  • Type, prepare and collate reports.
  • Development and maintain a filing system.
  • Maintain scheduling and events calendar.
  • Manage mailing lists and customer contact information.
  • Prioritize work loads.
  • Liaising with various related organizations and clients.
  • Coordinate publicity tasks.
  • Prepare monthly summary of office activities for board of directors.
  • Prepare and distribute annual meeting package to member associations.
  • Maintain association resource center information.

The Organization of HOA’s in Sun City West (formerly ACHO) was formed in or about April 1978 and is a non-profit association dedicated to informing, educating, and supporting member homeowner associations of Sun City West. The Organization of HOA’s in Sun City West’s mission is to inform, educate and support member homeowner associations of Sun City West, Arizona. We are dedicated to encouraging association board members and residents to become knowledgeable community associations with responsible leadership. How we do this is by: * Holding educational seminars with professional speakers. * Publishing an informative newsletter. * Updating membership with Legislative news. * Conducting research. * Acting as a clearinghouse for information on best practices in community associations. * Maintaining a web site of informational material.

The Organization of HOA's in Sun City West (OHOA) is an advisory organization that was formed in about April, 1978 and represents Home Owner Associations located in Sun City West. We are dedicated to encouraging association board members and unit residents to become knowledgeable community associations with responsible leadership.
