World Vision Give-back Gift Shop

Just in time for Giving Tuesday, World Vision will be showcasing how charitable giving comes to life and how one single gift can bring life to a community, in New York’s Bryant Park with this unique and interactive pop-up shop.

Go here to volunteer: http://www.signupgenius.com/go/5080b4ba5a822a4ff2-world

When: November 27-29 (Giving Tuesday is November 28th)
Where: Bryant Park (between Fifth and Sixth Avenues and between 40th and 42nd Streets in Midtown Manhattan)

Visitors can touch and feel the effect of their generosity firsthand by taking part in a water walk, snapping pictures with a goat, exploring a Mongolian ger, building a care kit to help those locally + those affected by Hurricane Harvey and Irma, learning about child sponsorship through virtual reality, and more!

All proceeds from the Give-back Gift Shop go to World Vision’s programs around the world, including in the U.S.

Sign up to volunteer today! Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. As a volunteer you may be doing a variety of things: welcoming visitors into the Give-back Gift Shop, helping with the animals, assisting visitors with our Photobooth, giving instructions on how to operate Virtual Reality, or even packing up and moving boxes as they're filled with hygeine kits for hurricane victims. When you arrive for your shift you will be placed in a station and thoroughly trained on your role. Sign up to volunteer today!
