Meals on Wheels Orange County is looking for a friendly visitor for a senior in Anaheim Hills that needs someone to interact with. She is Greek and has good stories to tell. As a friendly visitor, you visit in the home of the older adult and offer conversation, friendship, and understanding. A commitment of one to two hours per week is all that is expected, which may not seem like much to you, but it will mean the world to this senior.

As a volunteer, you will be a part of Meals on Wheels OC, who provides services for over 1,000 homebound seniors in Orange County, to help seniors remain as independent as possible. Meals on Wheels OC's mission is to nourish the wellness, purpose, and dignity of seniors and their families in our community. The Friendly Visitor Program is an important part of that mission.
