We are looking for CrowdDoing leadership virtual volunteers who has experience leading, managing, and developing teams. We need someone who has excellent communication skills, preferably experience leading in a virtual environment. Someone who has flexibility and commitment. We call our leaders meta volunteers. Meta volunteers manage the connections between volunteers and social enterprises. They are themselves volunteers, whose function is to make sure that the volunteers are matched with the most appropriate social enterprise challenge/opportunity for the maximum benefit of both the volunteer and the social enterprise.

This is priority because we have departments that need leaders to lead the teams. This is a great way to utilize your leadership skills, update your resume, and portfolio. We are assisting social enterprises who have social causes by helping them solve difficult problems, due to lack of human capital by providing them with skilled volunteers to assist them. We have departments in place but we need meta volunteers to lead them. We plan to implement the deliverable by ensuring the meta volunteers has a sufficient team to lead through HR recruitment efforts. If you are interested, please apply to become a CrowdDoing leadership virtual volunteers.
