Join Chattanooga Parks and the Community Association of Historic St Elmo on Make A Difference Day, a national volunteer service day that connects people with opportunities to serve, increases the strength of communities and promotes civic engagement. We'll gather at St Elmo Park for some beautification and maintenance tasks, including fence painting and playground upkeep.
No experience necessary as all instructions and tools will be provided. Refreshments provided by Chatthem Chemicals.
Please dress for outdoor work and the weather. Wear long pants, closed-toe shoes, and work gloves. Supplies will be provided. Work will take place on uneven terrain that is primarily natural surface.
Children 12 to 15 should be accompanied by an adult.

Description
The City of Chattanooga Parks Division oversees operations and maintenance of 875 acres of parkland at over 80 sites for passive and active recreations by residents and visitors. The Parks Division is part of the Public Works Department.
