Be part of a growing makers market in downtown Tempe! Are you passionate about your community? Want to learn the ins and outs of running a Market? We are looking for volunteers interested in Market Operations.
Duties would include preparing the market site and providing assistance to vendors as they arrive to setup and helping answer guest questions.
The 6th Street Market is every Sunday from 11:00am-4:00pm; your shift would be from 7:30a-11:30a for load-in assistance.
We are looking for somebody who would like to be involved in multiple Sundays and become a key volunteer for the market. Please email the volunteer coordinator Krislyn at events@downtowntempe.com if you are interested, and which Sundays you would like to participate.

Description
The DTA is a non-profit that provides year-round enhanced services to the Downtown Tempe district in order to foster a vibrant urban core.
The DTA offers a plethora of volunteer opportunities ranging from our time-honored community events, such as the Tempe Festival of the Arts and Fantasy of Lights parades, to community based initiatives at local charities.
