Our Building needs some TLC! Eager Organizer Needed :)
ORGANIZATION: TAF (Technology Access Foundation)
Please visit the new page to apply.
Technology Access Foundation (TAF) owns and operates Bethaday Community Learning Space (BCLS), a LEED-certified building in the White Center neighborhood. BCLS is not only TAF’s administrative offices, but is the home of our nonprofit tenants White Center Community Development Association, Food Empowerment Education and Sustainability Team, and Equity in Education Coalition.
We also rent our facility to various government agencies, nonprofit organizations, and community members for seminars, meetings, and parties. BCLS is found nestled in a park and surrounded by beautiful trees and a disc golf course. With over $100,000 worth of reused materials in our building, we are proud to be an eco-friendly and affordable nonprofit event venue.
We invite you to roll up your sleeves and let cleaning put a spring in your step! We need help organizing closets, special projects, plus some light cleaning to make the building shine! You can feel great knowing that our rental clients will be extremely pleased with the appearance of our building - inspiring them to book with us again. All our rental proceeds support TAF’s STEM education programs, so your help will make a huge impact on students in our region.
Thank you for your interest! For more information, please contact Stephana Sneed at stephanas@techaccess.org or 206.725.9095 extension 105.
