URGENT APPEAL: Double Exposure Investigative Film Festival and Symposium, opening this Thursday October 19 in the Penn Quarter neighborhood, is seeking volunteers.
The festival screens new, unreleased films that are investigative in nature, while the concurrent symposium brings together leading filmmakers and journalists in panel discussions, one-on-one conversations, and workshops. We are seeking dedicated volunteers for Thursday and Friday from 8 a.m. to 9:00 p.m., and on Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. and on Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 6 p.m.
In thanks, volunteers are invited to sit in on film screenings and drop in on symposium sessions, once volunteer obligations have been met, and are invited to enjoy breakfast and lunch on Thursday and Friday. For more information on the festival visit www.doubleexposurefestival.com.
Please contact Afraim.Katzir@DoubleExposureFestival.com or Taylor.foster@doubleexposurefestival.com asap for more information and to sign up.
