ProHealth Hospice is seeking a Farsi speaking volunteer for a Hospice patient in a Mountain View nursing home.
Being a volunteer is a rewarding experience. Spending time with a patient can bring joy and support to a hospice patient.
What you'll do?
- Providing your physical presence
- Providing 1:1 attention
- Playing games, conversing, reading aloud, watching television or more
Volunteer requirements
- 18 years or older
- Must complete a background check (paid for by ProHealth)
- Must complete a TB test/Chest X-Ray (paid for by ProHealth)
- Must complete a drug screen (paid for by ProHealth)
- Completion of a volunteer orientation (online using your own computer or device)
