Love libraries and want to help out? The Mary L. Stephens Davis Branch Library (Davis, CA) is looking for a Children's Room Assistant! Children's Room is fun and engaging at all hours of the day, with multiple opportunities for children to read, play and interact with one another. The Children's Assistant will keep the toys clean and germ-free, change out the play materials once a week, do some toy mending as needed-- and most importantly, bring smiles to the faces of our littlest patrons! We request a minimum commitment of 3 to 4 months of weekly volunteer work. Weekly hours are flexible and will depend on the candidate's schedule.
